MHS boys and girls soccer teams are a couple of days away from the start of the season. Montclair’s soccer teams have shown their ability to triumph over the last few years. They’ve shown this by winning the esteemed title of C.I.F champions in the 2021/2022 season, and in this 2023/2024 season they want to achieve the same success. Mens varsity play their first official game on the first of December against Patriot High School, and Junior Varsity’s first official game is set to be the twelfth of December against Don Lugo High School. Where they play at home for their first official game. With high expectations, the players are confident in their team’s talent and know they are capable of going far and succeeding. The team usually trains for 2 hours a day, from the beginning of the 6th period to 4:00 or 4:30 pm after school, getting ready for the start of the season.
