Sunset Park is currently under its “beautification project.” Many climate-friendly improvements have been arranged as well as new additions to the park. This includes a river and creek themed playground, drought tolerant native trees, self-cleaning bathrooms, lighted-walking trails, interconnected pathways, an outside theater, exercise stations, and more. The construction is expected to be done by June of 2024. These new improvements will help make Sunset Park a safe and fun outdoor area for all to enjoy.
